Section 75
Protection from action
An employer shall not take disciplinary action against a worker merely because he has committed any of the following acts:-
(a) giving information, notification or complaint against the employer in relation to non-provision of safety and health, (b) performed any work in the capacity of a health and safety committee under section 74, or
(c) Stopped work in accordance with section 76 or 77 due to an immediate threat to safety and health.
